The HP 3460B is a full five digit DVM with an inline nixie tube readout and manual, automatic, or remote range selection.

+/-100.000 V
+/-1000.00 V; Overranging 20% on all.
Input resistance is 10 MΩ on all ranges; increases to >1 GΩ on 1 and 10 V ranges when displayed value is within 5% of actual measured value (null)
Guard terminal may be as great as +/-500 V from chassis ground; Low input terminal may be as great as +/- 50 V from Guard terminal voltage.
